Having a great time! The food is excellent, the music by West Avenue Jazz is fantastic and the service by Danny is excellent. What's not to love? P.S. For anyone that needs to know: they have an excellent Handicapped Accessible Restroom and access into the restaurant. Very pleased with this myself.

Well, It was "O-kay". Was I blown away? No, not so much. I will say the interior of that place is really well done. Excellent decor. But the reason we all go to these places is for a nice night out, Or maybe you're trying to impress someone. I didn't like the fact the valet attendant stalled my car out twice. I had asked if I could park it myself, that I'd even tip them for their trouble. They didn't allow it.. They insisted on handling it themselves. The food is good, however it didn't impress me to much. I felt like I paid top dollar for home style cooking, with "flare" Would I go back? Yes, I think it deserves another try. However next time i'll find a different ride there.

The place itself is very nice. Very cool feel to it and it is decorated great. Last night they had an amazing band that really rocked. It was very loud, but for me I had no issue, because the music was spot on! Great atmosphere and a fun place to go. The food however was mediocre at best and the service was lacking. It was very expensive for food that didn't measure up. I would certainly go again for drinks and to hang out, but no way would I ever eat a real meal there again.

I expected beautiful! A careful reading of Yelp reviews and the only unanimous opinion was that Ristegio's was a beautiful place to dine. As far as the food and service, everyone seemed to have a different opinion. For one Yelp reviewer this is the absolute best restaurant on Long Island - for others it was just disappointing. One and two star reviews because the valet was not quick enough or because the prices were higher than expected. Well kids, after a very pleasant midweek dinner I'd like to put in my two cents... I did get beautiful - Ristegio's is like a miniature Scotto restaurant. (Blackstone, Insignia, etc.) The place is sleek, clean and modern, and you immediately know that you are in for an upscale experience. We were greeted warmly and taken to a very comfortable table. Our waiter seemed inexperienced, but he was earnest and tried very hard to please. The menu is varied and the prices are moderate. (Anyone who says otherwise hasn't been to the steakhouses they always name.) We tried four apps and four entrees - very few problems. Yes, the breadbasket is weak and should be improved. Yes, my lobster cake special was too bready. (But it still was very tasty.) The one real problem was that some of the entrees were slightly overcooked. Not enough to be a problem but enough to keep this from a five star experience. Donuts for desert were more like the cronuts that are the hit of the NYC restaurant scene and should be a must.

Seemed a little hyped up. Not sure which way they are trying to go with an Italian name sushi section and a new American menu . The sushi I had was mediocre and nothing to rave about. The waiter who happened to be really good suggested the white fish and it was very good but it sat on a bed of this heavy rice that was over powered by coconut flavor. It was so rich that it sat on my stomach all night. My friend asked to have them make a shrimp scampi over angel hair. It was missing garlic and had no flavor. The atmosphere was very good along with a courteous staff but i felt for the money i paid it was not worth making a return.

Finally got a chance to go here with my wife and with some good friends who are also "foodies" and based on other's recommendations. It gets two stars , the decor and very friendly and attentive staff are 4 stars , now if the food was as good as they were it would be a 4star restaurant. Seems like they are not sure what they want this restaurant to be , is it a steak house ? Seafood ? Sushi place ? It does sushi pretty good but $20-$30 for certain rolls , sorry I will go to OKENO , Kotobuki or Aji53 if I want superb sushi. The baked clams special was bland and tasteless with no clams in it like it was right out of the freezer from Restuarant Depot or Costco with a lot of breaking. The bread at the table was also of poor quality. Now to the steaks we had the KC Black Angus bone - in Strip steak and two 24 oz porterhouse . Both were cooked to order but had no taste and were very dry no juices ( shine as Peter Luger's would say). Not worth the $36-48 per person at all and seemed like they were right out of Restuarant Depot or JKings food catalogue. Honestly I cook a better more flavorful steak on the BBQ. The creamed spinach was also very salty and seemed to not be freshly made. The fries were good but not great. One of our friends had the salmon , again was good and not worth the price for what you get. The deserts were excellent and would give them 4 stars for that so if you wanted to go for maybe a sushi roll or two, salad and some desert by all means head there. The bar area at night had some live entertainment and was very lively with the late 30's-40 something divorcee crowd from the area. The place has potential but needs to step up their game especially with the prices they are charging in Patchogue or the novelty of being new will soon wear off. Save your money and stick with basics here not worth the $369 for 4 people , but was happy to leave an $80tip as the wait staff as they deserved it. If you want a steak stick to a steak restaurant like Peter Luger's , Keens, Uncle Jacks or Tellers & Pace's.

For the amount of money paid, this was unacceptable. Save your money, time and calories. Don't go here. For an explanation, continue on. Food: The appetizers, while small, were good. But my shrimp came with couscous that had parmesan and I don't like cheese with my seafood. It just tasted off. For my friends who got steaks, their sides didn't come out until we were half way into our entrees. Service: The service was really bad. We had two waiters and neither seemed like they wanted to help us. It took awhile for anyone to notice all our food hadn't came out together. Drinks stayed empty for some time and it look long once the drink was ordered. If anything, the bad service was at least consistent, because no one thought about brining us our check until some of us stood up to go to the bathroom. Valet: We stood online with our tickets out and were ignored. It wasn't until someone else walked past us and went directly up to the valet that I realized I would have to ask for my ticket to be taken. When I got my car, the radio station had been changed and my sunroof was open. Very strange! I definitely did not leave it that way.

We went here with friends who had a great experience their first time. The owner was very nice and felt terrible about the horrible meal I was served. When I sent my dish back (which I've probably only done one other time in my life) the waiter came back to report that the chef agreed my fish was way overcooked! Thought it was weird to be told "he squeezed your fish and agreed with you". Offered for me to order something else but didn't really want my friends to wait, as they were already eating. The space is beautiful but the service was confusing and not efficient...multiple servers assigned to us (some seemed to be in training) and none seemed very experienced or attentive. Very pricey for a very sub par meal. With all the great restaurants out there, I would NEVER go again!

I ate here for the second time last Friday and the experience confirmed my initial perception: best food on Long Island. I grew up in Patchogue-Medford so when I heard Ristegios opened on 112 I initially thought it was a strange location for this type of restaurant. The first time I went there was during the week a few months ago and there weren't many people, but the food was incredible. I tried it again on Friday night and it was PACKED (glad we made reservations and were sat immediately). This is now my favorite restaurant on the Island and it seems others are starting to share my sentiment. I have eaten at many nice restaurants and the food here is by far the best I've had. The people I have gone with all decided to share our food so we can all try a little of everything and each dish I've sampled has beem amazing. As for the appetizers, the mac and cheese, crab cakes, muscles (best I've EVER had - they were marinated in some sort of chili sauce), and lobster bisque were all fantastic. Dinners: seabass, scallops, tuna, short rib, duck, and sirloin again were all fantastic. For the desserts - none of us wanted them to end! The mousse dome, peanut butter bar, and cheesecake are MUSTS! I highly recommend this restuarant to EVERYONE and it has now become my go-to for all occassions.

Everything about it was lovely! Great food, great service and so pretty to look at!! Was there on a Sunday for lunch and the food was delicious from the crab cakes, jumpo shrimp to the roasted chicken and herb crusted scallops.. We loved it all and the staff we great!

I ate here for the first time. They have a really nice bar, the pours on the drinks are nice, its definetly worth every penny you are paying. Yes it is quiet bit expensive for the neighborhood that the restaurant is located but, the service and the food lives up to the expectations. The service was good the portions are a little small, but very delicious. Make sure to try the mac and cheese appetizer, montauk tuna and the the ice cream sandwich trio. Make sure to bring your wallet.

This was the second time coming here. The first time was when they first opened with my wife and it was okay. We recently came for mothers day with my parents and it was an absolute S*** Show! Not only was it extremely unorganized in regards to reservations, but I had to send my food back because it was SO salty. This will be the last time I will spend a dime in this establishment. Majority of the employees seemed very snotty. This is Patchogue people, not New York City. Save your $$ and go to McDonalds!

Reservation system should be changed. It's booked out too far in advance. Who plans a dinner two months out? Food is okay for the pricier side it falls on. Establishment is beautiful, looks like it fell out of a posh magazine. If you're going for the first time don't be surprised at the valet parking in the middle of Patchogue.

What a pleasant surprise! I was immediately won over by the food and service. The fried artichoke appetizer was perfectly crisp and attractively presented in newspaper. The margarita flatbread and clam dip were also spot on. Veal chop and creamed spinach were on par with big name steakhouses. Sushi was swimmingly fresh. We felt pampered but not smothered. Looking forward to our next visit. This is a real find.

A gem for Patchouge, but not for foodies.. The restaurant is beautiful. The service was very good, maybe too good... There was someone at our table constantly. They were asking if we were finished before we could finish our last bite... Food was not impressive, it wasn't bad, but nothing to rave about. Pricing isn't bad... This place is definitely a baby type restaurant of Insignia. If you don't want to pay Insignia prices and are not a foodie, then go for it! Otherwise, nah ......

This place could be amazing... This place is beautiful. Really fabulous decor. You feel like you walked into a restaurant in Huntington--not 112 in Medford!! The bar is big and elegant with a really cool lighting feature overhead. It's gorgeous. Impressive place to take a date for a drink. Service was fast and friendly. We had a 6:00 reservation so there weren't too many diners and more than enough staff. In fact, we seemed to have two servers--one for drinks and one for food--which was a little confusing to be honest. I'm rooting for this place, I really am. I want to see them succeed, but to do that, I think they need to change their menu a bit. Unfortunately nothing we had would make us come back. My husband had the bolognese, which he really liked. I had fried artichoke hearts, which were tasty, a special BLT salad with really thick bacon which was tough and not very flavorful at all and a margherita flatbread which was just ok. My husband's shrimp cocktail still had pieces of shell on it!! And he said the shrimp were tough. I would love to see some changes in the menu before coming back

Went for a birthday with my wife. Excellent food unfortunately way overpriced for what you get. Lobster bisque was nice. Artichokes were awesome. Extremely attentive staff. Dessert was ok not great. The cheesecake was extremely lack luster. All in all not bad. Just a lil off balance in value

I think what separates good restaurants from great ones is all in the details and, in the vast dining-desert that exists in central Suffolk County, this place is a gem. To start; the waitstaff is well-trained and professional - attentive, but not hovering. You would think that opening week would have a few bumps, but not this crew. Service was flawless and it's as if they'd been working together for months...The bar order; a pinot grigio and a Manhattan (up), were spot on, tasty and set the pace for a really enjoyable dinner. We chose as appetizers the Oven Roasted Shrimp and the 112 Roll (having learned from my Blackstone Steakhouse days, I had high expectations from their sushi / raw bar), neither one disappointed. The shrimp were plump and fresh served in a garlicky sauce worth savoring and the spicy crunchy crab roll was one of the best I've had in a long time (along with the hallmarked flatware, the individual soy sauce containers are a nice touch and one of many fine details ). We selected the Braised Short Ribs and Marinated Denver Sirloin as Entrees, both very happy choices. The sirloin was cooked to perfection (rare) and the short ribs, with a merlot jus, was...well, sheer comfort food to me. Great execution. How happy was I with the dinner? Well, I'm not really a dessert-kind of guy (Ferrara's on Mulberry St. NYC is my Mecca), but I had to press my luck. We ordered the Cheesecake and a Molten Chocolate Cake. Damn...we ate good. According to our server, everything is made in house and obviously deserts get the same attention as do the the rest of the experience. If you've got room, you may not want to miss desert here...yeah, that good. My only con? Okay, this is going to sound really, really petty, but the restrooms have hand dryers, not paper towels. I'm all for saving the planet and all, but since most napkins and hand towels are by-products of the sugar caning process anyway, I prefer them over that loud whooshing sound of a dryer any day. It's a quirk... Anyway; valet parking, all cards and very much worth driving to, if you had to...I will be back ...and with a smile. Great experience.

We ate here for restaurant week, and loved every bite! The place is beautiful, staff was nice, food was delicious. We had the tuna tartar app, crispy shrimp app, a sushi roll, the French cut chicken dinner, a steak and shrimp scampi special they were having (which ended up being $50, we thought that was high, but it was good) and the pumpkin cheesecake desert along with a bottle of wine. I had heard a lot of mixed reviews so I'm glad I tried it for myself, I will def go back. They have a beautiful bar area so I would like to go hang there some time!

The decor was nice! Our drinks came in dirty glasses. Our waitress was never around. My pepper tuna roll was fishy! My steak n shrimp scampi was over cooked. The only person who asked us how everything was was the valet a tended. They said everyone tonight had a bad experience.

Husband had the crabcakes which were half the size of the picture and full of bread Pasta Bolognese had hardly any meat and mostly was a cream cheese sauce Husband scotch and soda was a very weak drink I had thebaked chicken with mashed sweet potatoes and the chicken had no flavor at all The only thing that was decent and was the lobster bisque but it only had three tiny pieces of lobster Sorry to say we will not be back. There are much better restaurants for less money

Beautiful restaurant. Very attentive staff. My husband enjoyed his steak. My food was delicious except for the short ribs. I had asked before ordering how they were cooked and was advised they simmered for 8 hours. The meat did not fall apart as advised. Presentation on both our meals was extremely nice. Will give it another shot but defiantly will not order the short ribs.

WOW, what a great place. Happened to see that it had opened while driving by. Went there tonight and have to admit we were blown away. From the valet parking, the beautiful decor, and the outstanding food and drink, this place is outstanding in every aspect of service and taste. This place exudes class from the beautiful outside to the well fashioned interior. Could be on a country club or beach rather than Rt 112. Walk into a center area bar surrounded by two separate dining areas. Great subtle lighting adds to the ambiance. As a friend of mine said"you don't eat ambiance". The food is amazing. We started off with tempura artichokes and a mushroom flat bread. So good. Mains were diver scallops that were cooked to perfection, crisp on the outside and so tender inside with a great flavor. Spouse had salmon with forbidden rice and bok choy. OMG! a tour de force meal; great flavor blend and well prepared. Dessert was greek yoghurt panna cotta with figs. Spot on end to great meal. Service was great but a little stiff as the place just opened. Expect it to only get better. The attention to detail in every aspect of this restaurant is unmatched. All ready planning our next trip. This place is head and shoulders above anything in downtown Patchogue and well worth the drive up RT 112.

After all the great reviews. I was mightily disappointed. Went for Mother's Day and the menu was very limited. Started with the 112 Roll and companion had Maryland Style crab cakes. Roll was OK but not great. Sumo has a better Patchogue Roll. Maryland Style crab cakes didn't have any hint of Old Bay - so not Maryland Style at all. For entrees I had rack of lamb - medium. Lamb was very tough and fatty - not well trimmed at all. Accompanying Lobster cake tasted primarily of salt. Asparagus were yummy. Potatoes ordinary. Companion's snapper was overly buttery and a butter flavor permeated everything. Service as just OK. Decided to skip dessert.

WOW!!! This place was amazing! The decor, the ambiance, the food, the service...... it was all fantastic! Started off with lobster bisque. Hot, creamy and decadent. Nice chunks of lobster were present, and it was full of flavor. Hubbster had the crab cakes, which were one of the best I have ever had (okay, so at least even with the best that I have ever had). Our waitress was a sweetheart who was very attentive and charming, without being overbearing and annoying. No hovering here, just first class attention. I had the scallops which were so delicious. Delicate and juicy on the inside, dreamy crispy on the outside. Perfect! Served with a corn relish/succotash that was really flavorful and a nice compliment to the plate. Now, here is where we get serious - as in seriously the best tuna dish that I have ever had the pleasure to steal off of my husbands plate. Seared to a perfection on the inside, and perfectly rare on the inside, just as ordered. I dont remember what else came with his dish, simply because it was his (wait, whats his is mine, right) but he didn't leave a scrap behind and has recited at least 3 times that we MUST go back so he can order it again! We didn't share a dessert as we were packed. We did, however, enjoy a cocktail at the bar after dinner. The place is so beautiful, and filled with positive energy that we just weren't ready to leave just yet. I had a martini, nice and dry with an extra splash of dirty and my good looking teddy bear had a scotch - neat. We enjoyed people watching as well as soaking in the great vibes. Definitely will be back. Definitely.

Not enough chairs at the bar. Many patrons sitting not eating or drinking at the bar. We like to dine and drink at the bar and one stool became available, my husband took a stool from a table which was ripped from his hands by the "thug" who works as a bouncer. The thug should focus more on removing patrons at the bar who,are not eating or drinking. Awful experience. We will not return!! Food mediocre at best.

Ristegios earns 5 stars in every aspect of the restaurant. From the food to the decor, along with the drinks and the service... this place is just above and beyond. You can tell just how much care and concern goes into every part of this restaurant.

I just ate here last night for the first time with a friend for restaurant week, and everything was delicious! The tuna tartare I got for an appetizer was one of the best I've ever had! The restaurant itself is gorgeous, I'm definitely going here again!

Highly recommend! Even with all the restaurants in downtown Patchogue, there are really no "fine dining" establishments. This place fills that gap. Valet parking, beautiful building and decor, Friendly attentive staff, (especially our waiter, William), great vibe, and most importantly the food! Without a doubt the best short ribs I have ever tasted. The prices are higher than most other places in Patchogue, so this is not someplace I would go to regularly. The bill for my husband and I with entree's, apps, and drinks was approx $200. Most likely it will be my "special occasion" place, well worth it!

Alright here we go with my review. I have read reviews about this restaurant and seen that it was impressive with the food and ambiance décor. I have waited to bring my fiancé there and we finally went. I grew up in Patchogue and have been to all of the restaurants on Main Street. I have given great reviews to restaurants and I hate when people write bad reviews about these places. With that being said I figure if it is a bad review I am thinking that it is another competing restaurant giving the bad reviews to have others steer away. So this is how my night went. We go in and the place is beautiful. It is like an Italian restaurant with a mix of Japanese sushi style mixed ambiance. We are seated and it is Wednesday 1/2 price wine bottles. We order a bottle and the waitress brings us glasses and my wine glass had lip stick on it. No BIG deal. I just politely and discretely tell the waitress that there is lipstick before she pour the sipping. She brought me a new one and told us the specials while uncorking. Very professionally done. I ask for her to have my fiancé try the wine and she immediately pours into my glass. Strike 2.... we ordered The burrata mozzarella salad and it was a magnificent display well done, but the burrata was not fresh like I have had Numerous times. The Meetball Place has great burrata. I did not complain and I ate it. We ordered the Halibut special and the Salmon and it was delicious no complaints. The waitress never came back to pour wine that was 1/4 full. A bald waiter was helping other tables and removing cloths from tables and noticed us sitting. He took our plates and then another female 5 10 minutes later was doing the same unwinding other tables and she turned around and asked us if we needed anything and we ordered an Irish coffee for dessert. It was amazing, one of the best I have had. The waitress from the beginning of the night was kind of scared to come back.. She kept walking and looking at us. ????? The staff manager was walking around looking at us and we were sitting for about 15 minutes as he was checking his cell never came around to ask us how the food or service was as a manager should. My fiancé laughed as he checked his cell and walked away after looking at us. I felt that this is a family business and they need to learn how to train their management into asking how the experience customers are having for self constructive criticism or pride into having a great restaurant. I got kind of annoyed and tapped my glass and then she did also and a guy who was sitting in the sushi area got up and stormed into the kitchen and then 3 waiters hurried to us as we were standing and waitng by the door to leave. We then asked for our check and paid the bill. $143.62 should have 20% on tips but we gave $15.00 and my fiance told me that I was polite for not writing something bad on the check or not talking to the manager. This is a constructive criticism review. This is a new place and needs experience. I was positive when I walked in and when I left I was angry. They also need to dim the lights and pic a nice genre of music as they played all different music. It should be like Insignia but it is not as good! 2 Stars

A welcomed addition even if it looks out of place on Rt 112 in Medford. You can easily see the money and attention to detail that went into this place. On our initial visit we were all impressed with the atmosphere and decor. It is beautiful. The drinks and wines were all reasonably priced. Certainly not over the top as one might expect in a place like this. The staff was attentive and friendly. Now lets talk about the food. In a nutshell, excellent. I doubt anyone is going to be disappointed. The lobster bisque was one of the best I ever had and the Cesar salad was delicious. The sushi was great and if I did have a complaint, it would be the pricing of the Lobster Roll and the Triple Spicy Roll. $30 each. Not even close to being worth it. The other specialty rolls are all priced at $15 these should be around the same price. We did not have any desert, but what I saw being served, looked great.

Ristegios was outstanding. The place is beautiful both inside and out with a brand new modern decor. We had the Mac and Cheese as an appetizer. Homemade, with smoked ham. Delicious. Then I had the the Angus Ribeye. Cooked to temperature, and very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I ate here tonight for LI restaurant week. The wait staff were great and the food was amazing! We had the flat bread with gorgonzola, tuna tartare, pasta bolognese, and salmon. Everything tasted wonderful! The owners made sure to speak with every table to make sure everything was up to par. I'm so glad we tried this place out and we'll definitely be back again.

Pretty impressed with the food, nothing to go crazy for though. The filet mignon was descent, the asparagus was cold and very chewy and the potato had to much onion flavor going on. Staff was excellent and paid attention to detail...I would probably return in the future.

Went for lunch in a hurry to make a movie. My husband got a "chunk" of salmon that was dry, over cooked and tasteless. Sent as an entree so,paid extra for soggy French fries My crispy chicken sandwich had crispy skin. But the chicken meat was dry and underflavored and not enough sauce to make up an was overwhelmed by a pasty bun Lousy meal and missed the movie

Service by disinterested and somewhat snotty staff. Small portions of fair food at best. All for a very expensive price. If that's what you're looking for this is the place for you. If you want good food, good portions, good service, or a reasonable cost go somewhere else.

My friend and I thought we'd try Ristegio's for dinner and were disappointed. My scallops were good but my friend's steak (the special) was very tough even though the waiter assured him it would be very tender. It wasn't. Service was scarce at best. All the servers seemed to be hanging out in the kitchen talking instead of paying attention to their tables (the place wasn't crowded). I wanted another martini and had to wait almost 15 minutes for the server to return. As far as ambience goes, some better lighting in the dining room and maybe some nice music would help. Cozy it up a bit! I really wanted to love this restaurant but we won't be back.

Overpriced food, slow service and the feeling of being at a tacky wedding ...If that's the experience you are looking for this place is for you. My dinner, the only thing hot was the plate. The filet mignon was overcooked and cold, the asparagus was just ok and potatoes really how do you mess that up, but yes they managed to. Disappointed and still hungry.

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
